This policy explains what information poltora.dev collects, why it is collected, and the choices available to visitors. The site is an independent engineering blog and interactive educational project operated by the author identified on the About page.
Information collected automatically
The web server and infrastructure providers may process technical request data needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or device information, and security-related logs.
The site uses Rybbit Analytics to understand aggregate traffic and how pages and interactive features are used. Analytics may include page views, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device type, referring page, session duration, and interactions with site features. The analytics script is delivered through a first-party path on poltora.dev. Redis City also respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals and provides a usage analytics control inside the application.
Email subscriptions
When you subscribe to new articles, the email address you provide is stored so that poltora.dev can send the updates you requested. It is not sold. The address is kept while the subscription remains active or until you ask for it to be removed. Every newsletter must provide a way to stop receiving future messages.
Advertising and cookies
Advertising is not currently enabled. If poltora.dev begins using Google AdSense, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's previous visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on those visits.
Before advertising is enabled, poltora.dev will configure a consent message for regions where consent is required. Advertising storage and personalized ads will not be enabled there before the visitor makes a choice. You can manage personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings. Your choices
If advertising is enabled, you will be able to decline or manage advertising consent when the consent message is shown. Data sharing and retention
Information is shared only with service providers needed to operate, secure, measure, or monetize the site, or when required by law. Technical and analytics information is retained only for the period needed for the purposes described above and according to the configured retention periods of the relevant service.
Children
The site is intended for a general technical audience and is not directed to children under 13. poltora.dev does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
